How To Make a $10 Dollar Tree DIY Christmas Wreath Centerpiece

Directions:

STEP 1: To create the base of your Christmas Wreath Centerpiece, attach 2 foam cubes together with extra long toothpicks. To ensure your foam cubes remain sturdy, you can add hot glue to your toothpicks.

Attach Decorative Paper and Garland Ties to Your Base

STEP 2: Attach your decorative paper to the top of your foam cubes using hot glue. Next decorate the front and the back of your foam cube with garland ties. Adhere your garland ties with hot glue. The garland ties are cut between 3 inches to 6 inches long.

Finish Off Your Base with Christmas Ornaments

STEP 3: Finish off your base by attaching 3 ornaments to the front with a floral pin and then 3 ornaments to the back using a floral pin.

Decorate Your Pine Wreath

STEP 4: Cut your 18 inch faux pine wreath wire with wire cutters and then remove 2 inches of garland on each side. Be sure to fluff the branches before adding your ornaments. Then attach your ornaments using hot glue. I am doing a pattern of 3 ornaments together. Repeat that pattern on the opposite side of your wreath. Do not place ornaments on the 2 inches of garland you removed.

Attach Your Wreath to the Base

STEP 5: It is now time to attach your wreath to your base. Apply hot glue to one side of your wire where your 2 inches of garland was removed. Then insert your wire  at an angle and hold it in place for about 4-5 minutes until it dries. Make sure it is completely dry before attaching the other side. Once it is dry, repeat this step on the other side.

THE FINAL STEP

STEP 6: Fill in the empty spaces on your base with garland ties. Wrap 3 of your LED candles with shimmery ribbon. I used green, red, and gold ribbon. Lastly, place your LED candles on top of your base.
