Directions:
STEP 1: Our base for this project are a glass bowl candle holder and a styrofoam block. Attach the foam block to the center of your bowl with a liberal amount of hot glue. Allow 10 minutes to dry.
Final Step! Cover any visible styrofoam block with multi-colored river pebbles.
