Directions:
STEP 1: To create your 18 inch flare vase. Attach your 9 inch cylinder vase and your 9 inch flare vase using E6000 Adhesive. Then attach your 6 inch foam ball to your vase rim using hot glue, now attach your Gem Garland to your foam ball using floral pins.
STEP 2: Take the greenery attached to your flowers, trim off your flowers and attach greenery to your foam ball.
STEP 3: Now attach 4-6 cherry blossom stems, 4-6 white hydrangea heads, 4-6 large light green hydrangea heads, 6-8 small cream hydrangea heads, 6-8 peach roses, and 8-12 pink roses.
