Gorgeous 32 Inch Tall Beauty and the Beast Inspired Candle Aisle Wedding Stand Masterpiece!

This week’s project is a continuation from a previous project we completed. The initial project we completed was for a bride-to-be who sent in a Project Request for a Beauty and the Beast Wedding Centerpiece. Well, she loved the outcome of that centerpiece so much, she sent in a second request to have a Beauty and the Beast Wedding Stand completed. I am super excited to show you just how this turns out. So let’s get started!

SUPPLIES:
White Foam Disks, 2-ct. Packs
Mario Clear Glass Vases, 7×4.375 in.
Floral Garden 5-Stem Red Velvety Blooming Roses, 14 in
Round Wood Plaque – 6 3/4”
Hardwood Dowel – 7/8”
Green Pine Branch
Wood Glue Sticks
Pure Black Acrylic Paint
Bark Brown Acrylic Paint
Luminessence Unscented White Pillar Candles, 2¾
Wood Candle Cups – Extra Large

How To Make a 32 Inch Tall Beauty and the Beast Inspired Candle Aisle Wedding Stand
Directions:
STEP 1: We will need the following items to create our lovely Beauty and the Beast inspired Wedding Stand; 2- 6 3/4 inch Round Wood Plaques, 1- 7/8 inch Wooden Dowel, 2- Extra Large Candle Cup Holders, 1- 5 inch Round Styrofoam Disc, 1- 7 Inch Clear Mario Vase, 18-20 Artificial Rose Blossoms, 1-2 inch Pillar Candle and Hot Glue Wood Sticks.
Let’s Create Our Stand Structure!
STEP 2: Cut the 7/8 Inch Wooden Dowel to 20 inches long. Glue 1 Wood Candle Cup to the center of each round wood plaque.
Add the Vase
STEP 3: Trace the base of your Clear Mario Vase onto the 5 inch Styrofoam Disc and cut out the pattern using your Foam Cutting Knife. Attach the Styrofoam ring to the top of your stand. Your Mario Vase should sit snuggly into the cut out.
Paint the Wood Plaques
STEP 4: Now for your first option! I’m choosing to paint the stand a rustic wood color. To do this I mixed 1 table spoon of Brown Acrylic paint and 1 teaspoon of Black Acrylic Paint. Gradually add a teaspoon of water at a time 2-4 is plenty until you obtain the consistency of a glaze. Apply 1-2 coats of the glaze to your liking! You also have the option of painting the base whatever color you prefer or leaving it in its natural state! Remember, we give you the plan and you make it your own!
Attach the Base with Wood Glue Sticks
STEP 5: Next attach the 3 base pieces using Wood Hot Glue Sticks for extra stability. Attach Pine Garland.
Add Your Roses
STEP 6: Attach 16-20 Rose Blossoms to the perimeter of the Styrofoam disk.
Final Steps! Add either a 2 inch Wax Pillar Candle or an LED Pillar Candle to the inside of your vase! Gorgeous isn’t it!
