How To Make Elegant Wedding Centerpieces on a Budget
Directions:
STEP 1: First we are going to create our beautiful vase for our tall centerpiece. We will do that by attaching one 6.5 inch hurricane stem vase and one pub glass together with E6000. Allow it to dry overnight to ensure the glue is set. Once the glue is set, attach an additional pub class to the vase. Place a weight such as a book on it and give it time to set.
Create your hurricane lamps
STEP 2: Next we are going to create our hurricane lamps. Attach two 4 inch tapered glass candleholders using E6000 and allow it to dry. After it is completely dry, spray paint your two tapered glass candleholders with metallic gold spray paint.
Also spray paint a third tapered glass candleholder with the same metallic gold spray paint. Take your rocks glass candleholder and attach it to your one tapered glass candleholder and your two tiered glass candleholder with E6000. Place water and tea lights in your candleholder.
Now it’s time to create a matching centerpiece at a smaller scale
STEP 3: Take your 8 inch foam disc and place your plastic garden bowl on top with the opening face down. Next trace around the foam with a pen and then cut it down to 7.5 inches so that it fits your plastic bowl opening nice and snug.
Hot glue a 4 inch tapered glass candleholder to the bottom of your plastic round bowl. Now pour clear glass accent gems in your bowl and place yout foam disc on top.

STEP 4: Attach 25 purple dahlias, 2 large head pink hydrangeas, 6-8 purple roses, 4-6 pink roses, and 2-4 white roses to your foam disc. If you see any white foam poking through, cover the foam with your remaining purple dahlias. Add a pop of color with your plum lavender branches as well as green artificial berries.
TIP: The key to making your flower centerpiece look as real as possible is to layer your flowers.
Spray Paint Your Tall Vase
STEP 5: Now that your tall vase is dry, you can spray paint it with your metallic gold spray paint. Fill the top layer of your vase with rocks to weigh it down so it does not fall over. Next trim out the center of your 5 inch foam ball and attach it to the top of your vase with hot glue.

STEP 6: Attach 4 large purple hydrangea heads, 4-6 small to medium pink hydrangea heads, 2 dozen purple roses, 2 bushels of purple lavender, and 2 bushels of plum hyacinth to your 5 inch foam ball.
