Hot Glue Your Foam to Your Wooden Plaque
STEP 2: Cut your foam cube in half with a foam cutter. Place 1/2 of your foam cube on top of one of your wooden plaques and a portion of your other foam cube half. Be sure to place the smooth side down on your plaque. Once you decide you have enough foam to cover your plaque, apply hot glue to your plaque. Then place your foam on top.
STEP 3: Place each of the wooden dowels in the four corners of your foam to make an indention. Add hot glue to each indention and then place all 4 wooden dowels in each corner. Hold each one in place for about 10-15 seconds to allow the glue to set.
Slide Individual Cubes on Your Wooden Dowels
STEP 4: Take your other foam cube and cut it in half. Next cut one of your half cubes into four cubes. Now take a wooden dowel and poke a hole through each cube. Slide each foam cube onto your wooden dowels. Now add a dab of hot glue to each wooden dowel. Try not to let any glue get on your foam as the glue can warp the foam and cause the top to be uneven.
STEP 5: Place your wooden plaque on top on your wooden dowels. Make sure that your plaque is centered. And also that each of your four cubes are in one of the four corners of your wooden plaque and then press up with the foam.
STEP 6: Repeat Step 2. Then attach 2 bushels of eucalyptus stems, 12 petite roses, 2-4 large hydrangea heads and 6-8 small hydrangea heads. Also attach 4-6 cream roses, 4-6 pink roses, 1 bushel of mini mint leaves. Fill in the empty spaces with hydrangea blossoms.
Attach Flowers to the Base of Your Gold Stand Wedding Centerpiece
STEP 7: Attach 1 large hydrangea head, 8-12 small hydrangea heads, 2-4 roses, 4-6 pink roses, and 2-4 mini mint leaf stems.

Can you use real flowers with the same floral foam?
Hello! No, you must use floral foam that can be soaked and hold water that real flowers must have!
Hi,
Will this be able to hold up real flowers? Real flowers are much heavier than faux flowers, and wondering if the wooden dowels will be able to support that weight.
Hello, if you are using real flowers, it would be best to replace the wooden dowel with 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch PVC Pipe.
Hi! Where did you get the eucalyptus stems from? Thanks!
Hi Rachel, here is where you can find the eucalyptus stems –> https://amzn.to/3tEfIE6
Hi! What did you use to cut your wooden dowels?
Hi Turnicia,
I used a hand saw. You can purchase one at any home good store. Hope this helps!
