Directions:

STEP 1:  As always, it’s essential to have a strong base.  We will use an 8 x 4-inch Styrofoam Disc for this project.  Cover the sides with 1 1/2-inch Silver Glitterati Ribbon. Attach with hot glue.

Paint Eiffel Tower Letters

STEP 2:   This next step is optional.  Paint the letters on the front and back of the 15-inch Eiffel Tower statue with Lemon Custard FolkArt Acrylic Paint and Buttercup Extra Fine Glitter. Allow 30 minutes to dry.

Prep Masquerade Mask

STEP 3:   While drying, let’s prep our Masquerade Mask.  First, cut the ribbon meant to secure your face. Next, repeat the paint and glitter steps for the 24-inch long 3/16-inch Hardwood Dowel.  Allow 30 minutes to dry before attaching it to the mask with hot glue.

Attach Flowers

STEP 4: Place the Eiffel Tower statue on the foam base.  Attach 6-8 Gray French Rose Blossoms, 6-8Artificial Azalea Flowers, and Masquerade Mask.

Final Step!

Fill in any empty spaces with leftover leaves from roses.  You are ready to party!
