How to Make a Romantic Wedding Centerpiece

STEP 1: The first step is to take a floral stem bend it into a hook and use that to place a pink rose in the ball part of your vase. Next cut about an inch to an inch and a half of the bottom portion of your 5 inch foam ball. Now hot glue your 5 inch foam ball to the inner part of your vase.

Attach your leaves and flowers to your 5 inch foam ball

STEP 2: Attach your leaves and flowers in a cone shape in the following order to your 5 inch foam ball:

  • 8-12 green tea leaf stems
  • 8-12 rose leaf stems
  • 4-6 large white hydrangea heads
  • 8-12 Chrysanthemums
  • 6-8 light pink alice roses
  • 8-12 ivory roses

Fill in the remaining space with mini roses!

Money-Saving Tip

One of the things I do with each of my DIY projects is remove the stems and leaves and place them all in a bag. Then when I have a new project like this one for instance, I attach my flowers to my stems and cut my stems to my desired look.

And I also place the leaves and flowers in my foam ball exactly the way I want. This way you do not need to purchase additional leaves, you can use leftover leaves from other projects.

I hope this makes sense, if not check out the tutorial video below to see exactly what i am talking about!

  1. Hello, I loved the video on the rose garden center piece and would like to know if I can buy the trumpet vases also from you? I have twelve tables and would like to buy the supplies from you if possible. Please give me the price for all supplies that I may need to buy from you if possible. Thank you.

  2. The post says you can make this for $3, but the link is to a $45 vase. The vase itself is what I was interested in and it’s expensive to buy 14 or them! The title of this post is very misleading
