This Little Light Mason Jar Baby Shower Centerpiece

Share:

Join us this week as we create this adorable Mason Jar-inspired centerpiece for pennies on the dollar! You won’t believe how easy it is to be pretty in Pink Polka Dots!

Let’s Get Started:

Supplies:

Supplies

STEP 1: Tape off about 2 inches of masking tape on your mason jar. Now spray paint each mason jar (pink, cream, and gold) and then allow to dry.

STEP 2: Use circle paint brush sponges to apply polka dots to mason jars. Then apply masking tape to gold spray painted mason jar and paint it with black chalk paint. Allow to dry. This will give a lighting effect, once added.

STEP 3: Cut out foam to fit mason jar opening. Then add 1 large cream peony, 1 large pink rose, and 4-6 hydrangea buds to your foam.

STEP 4: To create your handle: Cut about 3 1/2 to 4 inches of Jute rope, apply hot glue and loop it across from one end to the other. Now trim your mason jar rim with the remaining jute rope.

STEP 5: Your black chalk paint should now be dry. Remove masking tape. Take a chalk pen and write “This Little Light” on your mason jar. Insert your LED light and apply foam covered in flowers on top.

I absolutely love how this baby shower centerpiece turned out. Babies are truly one of the best blessings we can receive. If you like the outcome, please let us know in the comments below. Also, share your ideas on what you would have done differently.
